Elevate Student Ministries Middle School students will attend Hume New England Winter Camp on January 28-30, 2022.

To sign up your student, this is a 2 STEP PROCESS:

1) RESERVATION: Fill out this form to reserve a spot and submit payment with WEFC.

2) REGISTRATION: Within 48 hours of completion of this form, you will receive an official registration email from Hume New England with full medical information.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: Is there someone you would like for your student to room with at camp? (It is our goal to make students as comfortable as possible. However, please note that due to room size and bed amounts, there is not a guarantee that we can accommodate this request)

PAYMENT: You can choose to pay online now the FULL $205 AMOUNT OR just the $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to reserve your spot. If paying the $50 Deposit, you can either submit a check to WEFC for the $155 balance anytime before the departure of Winter Camp OR you can pay online as a balance reminder email will be sent the week of camp.

Within a few days of completion of this form, you will receive an official registration email from Hume New England with full medical information. The form from Hume New England will also allow you to apply for financial aid with their Campership program!

WEFC is offering an EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTED RATE of $185 until December 31. The price will increase to the full amount of $205 on January 1. Our desire is to see every student attend Hume Winter Camp! Please do not let finances be a reason to not attend. Hume New England offers a generous "campership" that you can apply for on their registration page.
